we kindly ask that all pick-up orders include the following at pickup: 

The PHYSICAL CREDIT CARD used for the purchase and a MATCHING PHOTO ID

We are unable to release orders that can’t be verified, and refunds will not be issued in those cases.

This policy is in place due to an increase in fraudulent orders using stolen credit cards, and we want to do everything we can to protect your information and ensure a smooth experience for everyone. 

Suspicious or unauthorized transactions will be canceled without notice and reported if necessary.
